1) Returns Accepted Only at the Time of Delivery
If you find the product not fresh, damaged, or not in acceptable condition, you must return it immediately to the delivery executive at the time of delivery.

2) No Returns or Refunds After Delivery
Once the delivery is accepted and marked delivered, we do not accept returns, and no refund will be applicable.
This is because fresh items cannot be taken back due to hygiene and perishability.

4) Replacement Policy
Replacements are only possible if the order is returned at the time of delivery.
If the product is returned immediately, the replacement (if applicable) will depend on availability and delivery feasibility.
5) Seasonal Availability & Substitutions
Fresh products may vary slightly due to seasonal availability.
If a specific flower, fruit, or shade is unavailable, we may replace it with the closest match of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall look and quality.
6) Order Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed and prepared for delivery, cancellation may not be possible due to the fresh nature of products.
